Shading can occur in carpets, meaning that the colour of carpet can also look different before and after vacuuming and after it has been worn in.
Once you place an order, you will be emailed a copy of your receipt. You can also login to your account to find previous orders and download a copy of your receipt.

Please note: All orders are not given a delivery date when placed, as stock varies from product to product and variation to variation (colour, length, width etc), once we have a stock date we will communicate with you when we can arrange delivery.
